At Freda, I’ve been immersed in a highly collaborative and fast-moving creative environment where I’ve grown both as a designer and a strategic thinker. I work closely with our Creative Director and cross-functional leads to shape and execute weekly email campaigns that directly drive daily revenue. From concepting visuals to refining messaging and layout, I lead the design process for email and social campaigns, ensuring each piece feels on-brand and visually compelling. I also support larger initiatives—such as site refreshes and ad campaigns—by contributing to the creative direction and assisting with layout execution. Our feedback-driven process has sharpened my ability to think holistically about design, performance, and brand consistency. This hands-on experience, coupled with thoughtful mentorship, has elevated my work and allowed me to create assets that not only look great, but move the needle.
